Man watching this third quarter kinda makes me mad knowing what happens near the end of the game. The announcers were right. We were FINALLY starting to see 2017 Jimmy G again in the second half

Dude was getting better as the season went on and you can see in that game things were going to turn around and boom everything goes to hell smh.

Yeah Houston with their 31 sacks and 29th defense vs the Pass is right there with the 49ers D.
I'm sure Nick is going to be coached up by Joey on the tendencies of the KC Tackles. Also as much as the KC O line know about Ford, Ford can coach up the SF D line also.

It worked beautifully...just a couple completions and then run it down their throats. The threat of the pass must have really bothered them.

I honestly cannot wait to see what KS has in store for the SB. If you go back and look at the variety of plays we have used all season, there are so many plays that got us huge CHUNKS of yards that we used maybe once or twice only.
I think KS unleashes this offense to it's fullest and you see us put up 40+ points.

If they fall behind, it will be another Marino '84 situation where our pass rush will begin to shut them down in the second half.

Against Min in the first series they went heavy to stack the box, i think Jimmy threw on most of those plays until we scored. After that Min went to their regular defense and we gashed them over and over.
Against the Packers they never switched until late in the game, then Jimmy audibled to Kittle for his only catch of the game. Jimmy can make the switch which is great.
