We're "healthy" but imagine this team with Trent Taylor and/or Jalen Hurd adding to the WR group. Richburg still at C and DJ Jones inside....oh my.

It's easy to stay healthy when you're playing one of the easiest schedules of the league.

Lol no. Ask me this in 2011, and I would say hell yes let's do this.

Dont forget about Blair. ;)

But yeah the first time they played there was an article about how the greenbay packers were 100% healthy and had nothing significant on the injury report contrasted to our roster that was without Dee Ford, Kwon and some tackles. In the game I think Bulaga got injured but prior to that they were 100% healthy.
Florio's column this Friday morning states that the 49ers victory over the Pack on Nov. 24 was closer than the final score. The Niners were up 23-0 at the half. If this wasn't a beat down I don't know what is.

As long as the players dont take them.lightly, and Im about 100% sure they arent, GB wont win.

We've been through too much. GB has played a soft schedule and barely won some games against weak teams. We've been in classic game after classic game against good opponents and won most of them. They're not ready.

It's a championship game so theyll give us all they got, but all we got >>>>>>> all they got.

Yeah, he's still just talking....
"And if it comes down to Aaron Rodgers or Jimmy Garoppolo making a big play in a big spot, does anyone truly believe the 49ers have the edge?"

Well you know the rule- hypothetically take out all important plays and say that proves it was closer than the score indicates-
IF Rodgers hadn't been strip sacked...
IF the packers had covered Kittle on his breakout td...
IF the packers offensive line had protected better...
IF the packers weren't completely outcoached...
You know, then they would have won. The niners really just got lucky, you know...in being better skilled and coached.

Jimmy has lead what? 4 or 5 come from behind wins in the 4th quarter this season? The ignorance is astounding

Rodgers isn't the same guy anymore.

He's an all-time great but why are we acting like he's still the league's best QB or even in the top 3? Everyone fears the greats but all we can judge them on is their performance and Rodgers is not going to suddenly torch us for 450 yards and 5 TDs. It's a team game, QB will not win this game alone, not with how balanced we are on both sides.

Does the team with the best QB win the SB ever year? Hell no.

He can still make some crazy ass plays happen so he's always super dangerous but yes this season he has not been the guy who strikes fear into teams.

Very real argument to be made that Jimmy has had a better season but we'll see what happens Sunday.

Hopefully we make him look like a rookie again but it's a tough ask to do twice in one year.
Can't wait for 2 weeks of hearing why the AFC team that's in the super bowl is gonna beat our niners.

No way he lays another egg like last time but I think that the weapons on O we played last week against the Vikings are superior to what GB has.

GB can put together 2-2.5 strong quarters, then they seemingly run out of gas. There is a reason this is a 13 win team with the lowest point differential ever (some of that is on our beating but it is still low regardless).

We have played more mobile QBs who were just as good at passing (Wilson), we have played superior pocket passers (Brees) and we have come out on top. I don't think Rodgers will surprise us. Perhaps some roll outs like the Rams did to us, put him on the move more but with Kwon back, some of that underneath crap should be taken away.

I like the matchup. I hate playing great QBs but it's the NFCC, we were going to play someone great. At this point in their careers, I fear Wilson more, I think that playing Rodgers is the lesser of the two evils.
