Encouraging sign: Emmanuel Sanders, who was in pain Wednesday, was on the field for the walk-through portion of practice. He went into the weight room as the actual practice began. Shanahan has said ES doesn't need to practice in full to play Sunday.

Jimmy needs better pass protection than he had against Seattle to be certain, this will be a big factor in the game. No need to be a debbie downer after one loss..have a little faith in the team that's been built.
I am holding onto the hope that Sanders will play, I saw a video report that his rib injury is similar to Kittle's last year, so he could be available for Sunday's game.
I thought they said Sanders would be out for a few weeks ??

You might be thinking of Staley and Breida.
So many to choose from!

Nay nay. My guess is he knows how bad he's needed out there and he'll suit up with a flak jacket underneath his pads to protect his ribcage. I'm really hoping he's gonna play through the pain. He's a tough guy and a competitor who wants to win.

Prepare for screens and deep shots - that's how Ari likes to attack

im more worried about our offense now. we need either Sanders or Kittle back........ unless the last game lit a fire under our receiving corps' asses. McGlinch should be back in football speed, and honestly Staley sitting out a bit longer may not be the worst thing

If they are able to practice up to speed they usually get their job back. You're not supposed to lose your starting spot, that you earn in the offseason/preseason, due to injury.

Agreed 100%
But I'm sure he'll have a Med size lease (lol) - he did play well but sample size was what like 1.5 games?
E-Man has been getting tested and holding up

They had zero deep shots in the last game. The one to Isabella May have been a 20 yard crosser. Murray won't have time to throw it deep.
