I was surprised when we set up only at the 50 after that INT. I felt like he was running forever.

Then the Mostert spot.

But we did get away with a lot of PI and Wilson abuse calls.

And they got away with a s**t-ton of holding. Point?

Which makes me wonder why in the hell Staley and McG didn't at least try to hold Clowney.

They couldn't hold him because he was too fast and too strong for them. It was alarming to see how much trouble he gave them and disrupted the entire offense. Were they that overwhelmed or just not used to game speed after being out for a so long?

At this point I think Skule snd Brunskill did a better job to this point, maybe they should be starters with Stayley snd Mcglinchy back ups.

Long term that isn't gonna work. Staley and McGlinchey will need to bounce back. Skule/Brunskill isn't gonna cut it in the playoffs. The good versions of Staley/McGlinchey would. Gotta let them work through their poor performances.

Still got f**king embarrassed at home, mty ourselves no less.

Losing a last second game in OT doesn't equal getting embarrassed

No kidding and what else pisses me off is when I heard Stephen A Smith say Jimmy G is the weak link when basically him and Russell Wilson had the same stats (give or take a few yards).

Lol like Eric Crocker and Dave Lombardi have tweeted out, if our off-the-street kicker makes that kick, Russell Wilson would have fumbled for a TD and thrown a pick at the goal line to blow a 4th quarter lead, and the narrative completely changes. National talking heads are the worst.

Steven A. Smith is a moron... we lost this game because of our HC.. plain and simple ..

I'm not sure why he kept calling the wr drop play.

Lol.
So, Geno didn't call tails at the end? Seems a tad odd...
Agenda in plain view..and 9ers almost spoiled it. Didn't expect ameriacasmvp to throw a pick. Then no first down or even respot... Would not be shocked if the ball was faulty too. All good NFL needs ratings for every week even week 17.

So I guess Maiocco agrees with some of us about the tie game

Hello? You. Play. To. Win. The. Game.

Ah but your off-the-street kicker didn't need to make a SECOND 47 yard kick if we trust our FQB and FOC to get 1/2 on 4th down with time expiring. This where I struggle this morning.

And if they did go for it and failed to make the yard, there would be questions about Shanny and why we didn't kick the FG with a kicker that had gone 3/3 in the game including drilling one from a similar distance to send it to OT.

I said we embarrassed ourselves. And i'll stand by that.

Im somewhat surprised at how many fans pulled so many positives away from that game. I understand being happy with the D, but giving the game away after they kept us in it is absolutely crushing to me.

Im just not a fan of those type of victories where you still lose in the end.
Ugh this is very annoying...clear as day it was a 1st down.

I'm just getting more irritated hearing the entire media world suck on RW cock today.

He's gonna be the league MVP. It's a lock now.

We can only hope he retires early because he wants to save his body or some crap like that. Ideally he does it before winning another SB or two. Or five.

This one still hurts. Need a game as fast as possible to get over it. Do what is expected against Arizona, make a statement against Green Bay, and go get 1 of the Ravens or Saints games. Get both of those and we put everyone back on notice.

I want to see how they come out. They can man up and go on another run, or feel bad and fold. I think we have a great team and they will learn from this and go play ball.

A loss is a loss, no one is happy with it.

It's hard to win in the NFL, it's real hard to go 8-0. This game was far from an embarrassment though. It was probably the best game of 2019. We were out manned and guys kept fall all game YET we still took it down to a last sec FG in OT. We had our chances to win and we had some calls not go our way (I'm still heated about that Mosert first down). We didn't play our best and still should have won.

This team is bringing it every week regardless of who's asked to step up. There were faults (WRs/OT) but that could be said for just about every team. I think they will come in ready to show people what's what vs AZ.
