.@49ers defensive line played great and on a day when the offense couldn't hang onto the ball; the defensive line bailed them out all day all the way to the final play. They can AFFECT a lot of offenses in the next 13 weeks. #BaldysBreakdowns pic.twitter.com/0zVn6pYGuh

I was in section 415 screaming my ass off every defensive snap! How'd Levi's sound on the broadcast? Were we loud?

I have season tickets but my friend got free club seats for this game so I sat with him. Everytime we were yelling for the defense the guy in front of us would cover his ears. It was pathetic so I went back to my regular seat at halftime lol

Idk all I've been hearing from 2015-18 was how good teams capitalize off of turnovers and bad teams don't
pretty much.
IDC if we're getting ugly wins. we've ALWAYS been on the losing end of these kinds of games for years. the good teams find a way to win, no matter how it's done. they beat the teams they're supposed to beat. if we make the playoffs, how we beat the steelers on this weekend, on that day, won't matter. what matters is we got the W.
period.
Exactly.
And don't underestimate those Niners.

Yes. I think we kind of got lucky with Big Ben destroying his arm. Rudolph has plenty of potential to be a great QB. He has a very dangerous arm but he is still plenty green. If he had had about six more games under his belt or Big Ben didn't wreck his arm it may well have been against us. But it wasn't and luck was on our side so we take it, move on and learn from our errors.

They should hand out free ear protectors so everyone can scream even louder AND the sensitive people won't be bothered. They literally cost $1 at Dollar Tree. I've used them at a NASCAR race and also while using one of those insanely loud power saws and they work terrific.

Several things upset me about the game and i assume upset the coaches. we see how the loss of joe hurts. jimmy got hit way to many times.. i know some will say. meh. thats football.,. no.. we can not have that continuing. turnovers were bad and not pleased with the start. but i think most logical fans knew this would not be a easy win. the steelers would give a good effort and we can not be that arrogant to think we can roll over people.. however at the end of the day. we had a team for the first time in forever do a perfect two minute drill to win a game and the defense held.. in the last two years we would have found a way to lose the game. so that winning mentality led by jimmy at the end of the day and ... pettis.. was very very nice to see;. for the last two years i have said.. we always find ways to lose games but yesterday we finally found a way to win one which was wonderful. the turnovers and hits on jimmy are troubling and i hate saying alls well that ends well. but you have to be happy that we found a way to win a close game and the moral victory guys from the last two years must admit. the real victories feel better
