How much talent is out there on all the other practice squads? Hopefully we can find some talent around the league and add some oline help.

The #49ers will begin building their practice squad this afternoon. They've told rookie receiver Malik Henry they'd like him on the squad, per source.

So when are teams notified if they were able to claim a player off waivers...does this occur today, before they start putting the practice squad together?
