If you ever played football you would know that your best coaches aren't normally your favorite. My best coach in HS was an ass to me but he pushed me really hard to get better. That is what I expect from our new DL coach as well.

Because of NFL regulations, teams are exempt from consideration if they have played in the postseason in the past two years or have been the focus of the series in the previous decade. Teams who have a first-year coach are also not considered.

Exciting to see the Rooks out there working up a sweat.

The problem with being that intense is you will lose the guys eventually. Coaching and teaching involves teaching form and skills and hand and feet position and moves. It's not just yell at guys over and over. It's kind of poor teaching really.
