Wow, I thought Jordan would make it. Guess they like Bourne better.

Lol. Dude paid for a number he won't even be using. Houston and Arizona both need help at WR, maybe he goes there.
Oh who am I kidding, he's going to Seattle.

Dude's always been an average to below average receiver. He's a big slot with questionable hands, so so route running and lacking quickness. Drafting Hurd absolutely made him redundant. If he wasn't Jerry's cousin he wouldn't get half the hype he does around here.
That's being generous

I don't know about that. I don't think Bourne is in the clear.

This. To me it was always down to Matthews, Bourne and James for that last spot and James offers you the most as a receiver and on special teams. He balled out this preseason. Could be the next Taylor Gabriel.

Ha. Not asking for attention pal. Just had many posters acting as if we were the ones who were out of our minds for weeks when we were the ones who were correct.

Since you want it......You were right and I was wrong in thinking that we needed a good proven red zone target that makes contested catches instead of an inconsistent player that's only good skill set was run blocking and dropping the ball. I did specifically say he will be a sixth or seventh option anyway so it does not make much difference and I also stated that James is a better receiver at this point. I really felt Matthews could help us in the red zone which is our Achilles' heel. Many others felt the same way I believe that were defending Matthews. I hope you acknowledge that. Hopefully Bourne will never see the field if he even makes the team.
I do think our starting 6 receivers will all be better so let's hope this guy never sees the field (Pettis Goodwin Deebo Taylor Hurd Rick James b***h).
