Because he's a goon. He spins everything into a positive for the 49ers. He's not realistic and it's hard to take anything he says with any credibility just like with Cohn from the always negative about the 49ers aspect.
You don't get my point. So what? Do you know what 49ers fan stands for? 49ers fanatic. Just seems really weird to see 49ers fans hating on a fan-like writer and Stan for writers that hate the team. If you don't like Lombardi then just don't read his stuff but don't hate on someone fanning out for your team.
