100 million dollars to spend in F/A and this is the BS they gave us...
They signed a starting QB, RB, C, and CB, then lost two of them for the season by Game 4 and the other two lost playing time already with injuries too.
Cutting the dead weight after year 2 would do wonders. Addition by subtraction. If penalties and tackling were cleaned up , we dropped the dead weight, and replaced them with average players and coaches on defense, we're looking at a team with an outside playoff shot, and that's without adding a single player in the draft or FA.
Yes some of them are and it's time the FO/staff admit they f'ed up with some of them. Marsh in particular. Witherspoon may need to be the 3rd or 4th corner come next season. Jimmy Ward will be gone. Arik Armstead should be gone. Perhaps we can pick up a 3rd RB that offers value in special teams.
