How about jimmy completes some 3rd downs before we start throwing up 50+ lol.

We HAVE to play a clean game on both sides to have a chance imo. That's been the issue both games, stupid mistakes and missed tackles.

I'm going 34-30 KC....unfortunately

Simulators are saying we only have a 20% chance at winning this game. I just don't buy that KC can keep up this pace. Hill was great Week 1 but Mahomes threw 2 shovel pass TDs to inflate those stats. Pittsburgh wasn't ready to play last week, got behind before they decided to turn it on. Special teams is gonna be huge. If our D can play like they did against Minnesota, we should have a chance.

Well it certainly looks like the odds are in KC's favor. Home field advantage, home crowd, referees. I'll just add that if we are going to win, the win will be keyed by how well Reuben and Fred play in this game - both in covering and tackling the receivers, stopping the run, and putting heat on the QB with some blitzes. The west coast offense puts tremendous pressure on a teams linebackers, and if they hold up, we have a shot at a win.

Agreed, like you quoted from Kyle they have to take away the big explosive plays. Colbert has gotta show up as well, I've been very underwhelmed with his play so far (and I'm a big Colbert fan). Bend but don't break on defense and put the pedal to the metal on offense. Be nice to score first and maybe force Mahomes to make some mistakes.

I'm gonna go insane if it's just a full day of missed tackles and dropped INTs like the past couple weeks

The Chargers and Steelers both have deficiencies on defense and we've seen in the past how Reed has been able to exploit those types of defenses. The problem is, we also have deficiencies in our own defense. Hopefully Foster's season premier will be the difference. If it's a shoot out, the Chiefs will win. If it's not and the 49ers don't beat themselves, the 49ers have a chance.

Had a dream a couple hours ago where Jimmy was driving us down the field to take the lead right before halftime... and then he threw an interception and the game very quickly turned into a blowout win for the Chiefs.

I was very pissed. Hopefully I didn't foresee the future. My dreams are usually wrong

Mahomes haven't faced speedy LBs that can cover in the first 2 weeks. The wide open windows he had the past two weeks will shrink and closed a lot faster this week. It will force him to readjust and make mistakes. We got this!!
