My picks our: Laken Tomlinson & Sheldon Day.
Day won't get enough snaps and Tomlinson might look better because of JGQ, but I think he is who he is at this point.
Instead, I think the breakout player will come from a list of guys that 9ers fans are already overrating and assuming are already really good as based on small and inconsistent sample sizes or promise in a new system:
*Colbert (do six games translate across a season?)
*JGQ (do five games translate across a season?)
*Tartt (do eight games preceded by two years of mediocrity translate across a season?)
*Spoon (do his six or so final games of last year translate across a season?)
*Kittle (do a few good games from late last year translate across a season?)
*McKinnon (is scheme fit going to turn him into a player he's never been before?)
*Foster (can he stay healthy enough for parts of 10 games to translate across a season?)
*Buckner (can he take one more step up into a consistent pro-bowl level player?)
The wildcard here is of course Solomon Thomas.
In total that's 9 guys. Assume one total breakout, one total bust, and the rest of them on both sides of the distribution with shades of grey in between.

thats just some.. the fact is... there really is alot of talent on this team and they are gonna grow together.....our defense is going to be lights out very soon....best in the league in 3 years....the offense side appears to be setting up a juggernaut...i think we win the wild card round this year..and the super bowl next year! im dead ass serious
