Yeah he didn't suddenly start doing football drills this week. Otherwise it makes no sense that he's able to push off the injured ankle (right) in those explosive sledding drills. He must have been getting himself in football shape.
He could end up not playing, but I would put zero stock in them saying he can only play in the NFCCG. There's no advantage of them saying that he will play this week if that is in fact the plan.

He got that wrong too by having approximately $27 million in guaranteed money voided in his contract for next year.

Think it is more telling if he doesn't practice tomorrow. Could just be a rest day to make sure he doesn't have any pain or discomfort.

Exactly what I was thinking. He's like Trent in that he doesn't really need the practice. Take it easy on that ankle for now and let him save it all for Saturday.
