lol. smith,, what a lynch mistake . fred took over from day one
I get the Malcom Smith signing from 2017, same for Pierre Garcon, it was meant to install the schemes we now have, but yeah Smith wasn't that good with us, it was obvious he wasn't gonna be here long term, that's why they had an easy out after 2 years in his contract, he took a pay cut was still cut. Garcon would have made it longer had he not gotten hurt in year 1 with his neck injury, he was very good for us up until then. And I was a huge Garcon fan.
Yeah, he had the same injury Kwon had last year, but had in the 2017 offseason, but didn't come back from it the same season like Kwon did, which is something I think was a risk, but, he took the chance, cause he wanted to badly play for them again that season, and I think people give Kwon too much crap since he's probably not 100% fully healed.
I think they are just going to either cut him or let him walk. Warner being a beast and handling the play calling along with the emergence of Greenlaw just makes him expandable after this season. They should save the money and see if they can land another gem in the draft at LB, 2 for 2 so far drafting them.
