Green is playing hurt again, he'll get better. But yeah, Pinnock / Sigle is decent depth... we need a solid vet to go with MM

Lenoir is a keeper

everyone else has no idea how to cover.

They looked like the worst position group of any on the field. Can't blame pass rush, Texans were getting the ball out quick. Stout can't cover and got embarrassed. Our safeties take the worst angles. Slow down and make a open field tackle. Out guys let up yards after small contact after over running the play numerous times

Need new position coaches

Anyone analyze or can provide insight why we were so heavy in zone, without a pass rush? Why not try man with Regardo and Demo supposedly good at that on the edges? I read that Winters blows in coverage, Stout has been flagged for being too sticky, but giving Stroud all day with huge windows didn't work and he slowly picked us apart.
Where's our sticky man coverage that we drafted ?

Wouldn't hurt to sign a solid FS to help out back there... who knows if they want to come here. Has Lynch bothered to call any of them

Lenoir tho is the real sh!t and consistent... we need more animals that don't give a f***, like a badger and wolverine to go with Hyena

This safety room is just not it...Brown and Mustapha starting reminded me of last years defense...3rd down and long...guy makes a catch behind the sticks, turns upfield, Brown or Mustapha miss the tackle, guy gets first down and the opposing teams convert

Sigle would get picked on in coverage a lot but at least he made tackles in space. I really dont get what Brown has done to earn the starting job back.

After Gipson fell off and Huf got injured, this safety room was never the same. If your safeties continuously give up third and long conversions with missed tackles off YAC its just not a good look. You cant play a soft zone shell keeping everything in front AND not tackle well when guys do get the ball behind the sticks. Thats just a disaster because high percentage quick dump offs will eat you up with YAC.

Where's the ball hawking skills, do any of them posses it We need a true FS, a damn good one and a solid back up behind him

And still improving... secondary could be lights out if we had a ballhawk out there

Hell we should have found a way to get Shaheed... draft pick + Cowing or Watkins.

Shaheed is proven, compared to those youngsters.

Our secondary having to go up against

Jackson Smith-Njigba
Cooper Kupp
Rashid Shaheed
And sleeper Cody White.
