After all the injuries last year and continuing this year already, I think they ease him back in... he'll play but not full force or full time snaps. Even if he looks awesome in practice like nothing ever happened, I would think / hope Shanny doesn't abuse him right away

I was thinking he could get some snaps at big Nickel to get Brown off the field 😆.

Brown has actually been solid in that big nickel role...very interesting where MM plays.

Mustapha has missed the first 5 games and he might come in and get the 1st pick of the season for us. Hopefully

OUR secondary are young... they are FEISTY but young... they also show GOOD chemistry, but they need a veteran SAFETY for guidance...

Baker routinely found a guy in the middle (WIDE OPEN).

Coaches / Lynch thought they could get by with Pinnock, Brown and a fast rookie while Mustapha (still rusty) nursed his nut sack

There were solid vets available even at the start of regular season, and probably still one or two who could really help but nah

Lenoirs contract has easy outs. It's a very modest deal when you look at guarantees and outs.

It looks big (pause) but actually is inflated

I actually think our secondary is a bright spot. Just young at some positions and you guys are too hard on them. Lenoir is great, Green is good. Mustapaha when healthy is a good player. Sigle as much as you guys jump on him is a stud in the run game. In the pass game he's just young and learning. He has good speed and is a good athlete. I think with more reps he will come around and has a bright future. We haven't had a secondary this good in years. Add in Stout coving the slot. The Bosa and Warner injuries doom us. But secondary looks good for the future.
