• Shane Ray (34.4%)
• Deone Bucannon (40.3%)
These are all names to keep an eye on as we get closer to the NFL trade deadline (Oct. 30).
I'm hoping we are going to try for Fowler
Or Ray

There are holes all over this team and it lacks talent in every single unit.
This times a fkn million. In all reality this team sucks dick. Straight up. The fact that Mostert plays is pathetic. We have too many holes to be a legit contender.
Even with Jimmy heathy our D sucks badly.
Also I don't think we're being coached up that good this year. The number of dumb penalties is mind boggling
Seriously though, how many teams get to their 3rd or 4th RB and he isn't a "Mostert"?

Mabin's departure signals a bigger workload for rookie Tarvarius Moore, who has received scant snaps at CB in the first half of the season. Moore and Ahkello Witherspoon currently are the only healthy outside CBs on the roster; FS Jimmie Ward available in emergency. https://t.co/JzqDFelxtq

After tonite, I think I am going to need to recalibrate. Right now it was just the Raids, and that is barely a professional team. They made us look great at every position. Afraid we need some more games to rethink what we actually have.. and ...need.

It's so insane that QB isn't a need for us at all anymore. After all these years. We have a franchise QB and depth behind him. It's incredible.

That's the #1 job of a GM. If you find a FQB, you can coast on that for 10+ years even if you do absolutely nothing else. It's even more epic we have legit depth and competition at #2 and a play caller who knows how to get the most of each of the three.

I would also say we are set depth wise at RB. Jet, Breida, Mostert, and Alfred is plenty of depth, if healthy.
It's nice we can pretty much ignore QB, RB, FB, C, K, P and DT in the upcoming draft.

And with our injury history, we'll probably need all 3.
I didn't think there was any way JG or BeatHard would make it through this year (62 hits coming in). I just didn't think it would be this early.
But maybe that's a blessing in disguise.

yeah agreed, if we got a DE, LT, MLB, and a TE in our first 4 picks I would be thrilled!

ER x2
#1 WR
RB not sold on anyone under contract
All DB positions. This team needs legit starters at both safety pos and depth all around
Oline depth

Just one game ...and against the Raids...but right now NM reminds me more of JG than CJ does. What is funny is that for two PS now, Nick was thot of as a good 3rd stringer who only had played well against 4th string Ds and had no prayer for playing against # 1s and # 2s.. well we have a better idea now, and who knows , wouldn't it be a hoot if we not only have one starter...but two.
It is just so hard to believe once you have a QBs who can accurately get the ball gone fast, how much better the entire D then plays also...and not to mention the OL, the WRs, and TEs.
We had exactly the same thing happen with jimyG last yr. One great QB couldn't possibly make the entire D play better....yet it does. Weird.

One area we have to get right at yrs end is DTs. We have what, 6 or 8 DTs and no DEs. We are going. To have to move some actual starting DTs in trade because this business of playing DTs at DE is not working..nor will it. I mean all our defensive tackles are inside guys, and. None of them are DEs. They may be starters, but having 8 DTs and no DEs has got to be rectified. And yes that means trading some DT starters for DEs. Trying to make DEs out of DTs just has not worked.
Kyle talks about "scheme fit" all the time. Well, it goes for D also. And our 6 or 8 DTs...don't all fit.
