Maybe our Oline isn't as bad as people say it is.

I wouldn't count on him starting at all. He's been a massive disappointment so far into his career. Yes, it is possible that he can turn it around, but NFL history isn't on his side. While people can name one player that turned it around after their second year, I can name ten that couldn't.

IMO, his last chance was in 2017. He had an golden opportunity and he was injured. If the team brings in three new starters and if Garnett beats one of them out for a position, then that's great on Garnett's part. However, I wouldn't pencil him in at either of the guard positions. He's garbage.

Agree.

We have a vet center that the team and our QB likes. People are going to be disappointed when he re-signs but he does a good job of calling the plays and is a smart, reliable player. I don't see anyone else that would be available in free agency who would be a huge upgrade

He can play any position on the Oline but I think he would be a fantastic RG in our scheme. He could also start at RT if Brown isn't healthy.

The 6-foot4, 286-pound Hubbard showed off his speed, running a 4.71 at the University of Alabama's Pro Day. He bench-pressed 21 repetitions of 225 pounds and had a vertical jump of 28.5 inches.

a smart player who gets pushed around like a rag doll. lol at anyone trying to justify kilgore after the crap we have seen from him in the last two years. i may be anxious about the team signing jimmy but the thought of jimmy being upset if kilgore leaves is not even on my radar

do you think we need a new coach to on the line. you know how i am but in this case i think better players is what we need and not a new o line coach?

Isaiah Wynn will not last to our Saints' pick though. He's been the best lineman at the Senior Bowl. Could be the 2nd interior lineman off the board.

I don't see much of a difference in Westburg vs Kilgore. Plus Westburg cannot stay healthy. Do we want to spend money on a guy who has injury question marks?

There is one player who would be vastly better than Kilgore and that is Ryan Jensen. But do we want to spend top dollar on a guy and he has to learn a whole new system and maybe isn't the greatest fit?

I'm all for upgrading the roster but making changes just for the sake of it makes no sense.

I'm in the minority of people in here who say Kilgore isn't as bad as some make him out to be. With better guard play around him he will look much better.
