I like Bow and downhill he's still the same guy but he's been getting juked by QB's this preseason...a guy like McCaffrey in the open field 1 on 1 with the way Bow's currently moving....

The streak of week 1 wins will end this year lol. To me that's a good thing though.

lets hope our defensive line dominates , that will make it easier for our DB'S and LB's to make plays

That was my crew (altho i was squishy on Mitchell/ et al at 4th sloi)...since the day we drafted Solly. I agree with you fully, and based on 3 small games sample, Mitchell is a great guy for the 4th slot. His hallmark is once the play goes R or L, he hauls azz and zips down the LOS in pursuit. He does that about as fast as a guy could go. IF he doesn't make the tackle, he is in on it.

Some folks find all sorts of complaints about Arik, but he has done just fine...AND he is finally healthy. Be a really good yr for him this yr. He'll make converts out of some stubborn nay Sayers.

And Arik has gotten doubled..Buck will get doubled, Mitch may get it, and pretty soon the opponents are goiing to need 8 guys to keep our 4 DLs off their QB. There aren't that many slots on the O to keep our front 4 out. You just can't double everybody. Actually you cannot double just 3 guys either....not well , anyway. Look for our front 7 to come up big this yr. And let's hope our backside can cover 4 seconds, at least. That's a long time for guys who need a lot of work beforehand.

Yeah it's no secret why we won those games. For the past two seasons we had new coaches and new schemes so teams had zero tape on us.

The same may be true this season. No one has any tape on these 49ers so if we win, while it will be nice for a week, it means little.

Maybe, but kyle saw him too during 2016, and i bet he already has some thots on him. Maybe a spy... maybe hold him up at LOS, who knows. But don't for a moment think Kyle missed the fact that McCaf is going to be a problem. McCaf will get special attn. At least i sure think so.
