Secondary will be their weak point all year long. Even when Norman was there this is how they were exposed by the Atlantas and New Orleans. They have 4 no namers starting, one of whom is a 2nd year guy who showed decent potential in his rookie season last year.
I find it tough to believe the Panthers defense will ever be as good as it was in 2013. Ill take our front 7 any day of the week. Both of the defenses are unproven commodities with the turnover, so it is irresponsible to say their defense will be good and ours won't be good. Looking at the talent we have it is undeniable to say we our in any way comparable to last season's defense.

Many are far more confident than they were laat season. I mean it's fair to say Mike Adams will likely be another Roman Harper for us (slow, but at least better than Tre Boston lol) and he might be our weak point. Worley does have concerns if he's used incorrectly (preseason it was obvious they were testing if Worley could get close to the receiver and flip his hips well in zone; he just wasn't able to physically do so) but I doubt the Panthers line him up in that way.

Either way, Bradberry was actually graded out as better than Jalen Ramsey by PFF, and he even went against more of the league's top receivers in comparison. Kurt Coleman is back at his spot where he led the NFL in interceptions.

Some go as far as saying this could be our best secondary ever (which isn't saying much, considering our past secondaries have always been bad). It's not a weak link as some would think, but does pale in comparison to our loaded front seven.

I played panthers vs 49ers 5 times yesterday on Madden and when I tried to establish the run early, I lost. When I came out airing it out, I won those games. I know its only Madden but it makes sense to come airing it out. The Panthers CB's were giving up big plays at times down the field. Dink and dunk, then take shots down the field which opened up the running game a bit as well.
