I think Andre Johnson and Julio Jones were the only guys to get 150+ targets in his offense. In Kyle's defense, I will say that Kittle plays with more talented players than the Houston and even Atlanta offenses. With that said, I'd love a commitment of 10 targets a game for Kittle- especially now.

I am curious as to where the offense goes now because in many regards, the offense is completely turned over from both Super Bowl teams. Yes, we still have Kittle, CMC, and Juice, but it's a completely different WR room going forward.

As I survey the land of tight ends, it really seems like Kittle is one of one. Every year you get this great class of pas catching tight ends coming out- some with soft hands, some with great speed, some with great route running ability, and all of them, every single one to a man at best it seems you will get a guy that will try at blocking. But none are true in-line blockers, will struggle with ends (and maybe even linebackers). And of course the true blocking tight ends aren't giving much of anything in the passing game. We may have an easier time replacing Juice than we will Kittle. Hopefully he can give us another 3-5 years of great play- which is a HUGE ask.

I continue to be amazed at how few props our NUMBER ONE RANKED TIGHT END IN THE NFL receives in this forum DESPITE making one JAW DROPPER clutch catch after ANOTHER.

We give lots of PROPS to UNEXPECTED contributors who are CONTRIBUTING but IGNORE EXPECTED contributors who ARE CONTRIBUTING.

George, the rest of this forum may be all caught up in melodrama and storylines. But I am not. And I just want to say "Thank You" for what you do every week. You are a performer. Thank you George Kittle.

George Kittle was a Hall of Fame level player before Brock Purdy, but he's ascended to another tier since.

In that time span, here are Kittle's ranks among TEs:

Touchdowns: #1 (30)
Yards per catch: #1 (13.7)
Yards per route run: #1 (2.17)
Receiving Yards: #2 (3,142)

Honestly, f**k Mahomes though

If we had a lot better Oline, then we could use him more in the passing game instead of trying to keep our QB alive.

John Lynch drafting 2 future hall of famers in his first 2 drafts. Hell, if you think Bosa will be one(I personally do not), that's 3/3. Not too shabby.
