It will affect him with certain things. Overhead work with that arm, throwing a ball would cause pain. He will have to get it fixed eventually when he can't tolerate the pain.

Honestly it doesn't matter what it looks like at the moment, I love George so much I want to see him be a niner for life so I'm thinking more long term.
