Harbaugh should get another HC opportunity immediately. Question is whether he might want to take some time off and wait for the right opportunity. I could see the Raiders being all over him.

lol what does that even mean? He was left with a skeleton crew defense and we still won 12 games. We started 3rd stringers and rookies across almost the entire defense this year. Im not sure how you can criticize him.

Make him the highest paid defensive coordinator so he can be very picky. Just take only the best jobs. Not any job to be a head coach. Giving us a small chance to keep him. But he will likely go. Head Coach is building your own program, more responsibility and will be better pay than even a high paid coordinator.
