Really...

This is 100% nitpicking but you know what...I'm ok with it.

I think we can appreciate the rest of Kyle's playcalling and coaching ability but still want him to be smart in those end game situations. That was a bad decision.

IMO you HAVE to run the ball there to force Arizona to use another timeout or let it get down to the 2 minute warning. Thankfully it didn't cost us but it may another game.

Similarly as much as I loved Kittle getting another TD and Brock getting another throwing TD on the books - if George drops down or even goes out of bounds we finish that game in victory formation.

Instead we had to get our defense back on the field, risk further injury and sweat out an onside kick. This to me is a teaching moment from Kyle - your personal stats and fun shouldn't get in the way of securing a win and lowering risk of anything going wrong.

A similar move almost cost the Broncos last night. Kyle has been great lately in those clock situations so seeing that yesterday wasn't ideal.

Agreed.

Kyles generally been better so far this year.

This was probably his worst game of the three.

The deebo call was brilliant.

He needs to settle purdy down a bit once he starts trying to force the middle of the field like the end of the first and second quarter. Make purdy throw it outside when that starts happening or roll him out some.

Black needs more touches even if he's not cmc.

Overall the game plan was good. Very few really boneheaded issues this game.

I wish he would be a little better at challenging and timeout management still but baby steps...

Everybody in the NFL claims how great he is, but NEVER awarded him with COY.

Well the Browns old coach won it twice.

mike mcdonald getting glazed in here all week then they lose to a bad team of backups, if you ever want to be right just find out what the general consensus is on here and the opposite is gonna happen take it to the bank, i had half a mind to put money on commanders, looks like kyle is the only coach in the div who got a dub on sunday

The COY award is usually the "best new-ish coach that won with a team we thought would be s**t" award. That, or winning in an inconventional way, which is why J. Harbaugh won it over Kyle in 2019.

Andy Reid won it once in 2002 - clearly his best year of coaching.

None of those coaches should have won, according to your post

reality Kyle should win nearly every year, but Goodell

Harbaugh winning over Kyle was literally the NFL saying I can't believe you won with a RB at QB. The Ravens were good the year before with Flacco

And all John did to show for that magical Lamar season was get blown out at home going one and done to a Ryan Tanehil led Titans team.

Another reason why a guy winning a SB years ago doesn't make him a better HC automatically.

Depends on which closeted Rams fan you ask
One of the best games from Shanny yesterday. Cool as a cucumber. Methodical 10/10.

Yeah he as super aggressive at the end of the game. I wonder what personnel we used on that call with 2:12 left? like did we field 21 and then went no backfield catching them in a 4-3 defense? Too agrressive for me but it worked so i can't complain.

would be +50, dang it Eddy!

We're walking into this Denver game with a substantial health disparity. Very similar to the Rams game 2 last season.

I don't know if Mike will go in this game and Denver D is legit. My big fear on defense is once again our run D. Denver OL is one of the best in the biz. Bo Nix isn't Matt Stafford but they have weapons around him so if we can't stop their run game it will be tough sledding on defense and vs their D the offense will have to continue to be perfect to try to outscore them.

We will need to win the turnover battle in this one for sure. If Kyle gets us this W this will be a big. They have some excellent coaching on their end as well. Big test and I'm excited to see how we respond even with all the injuries. Denvers biggest injury right now is their 3rd string rookie RB...

We better get the win. With this depleted roster, high probability we get the doors blown out vs Seattle the following week.
