The question is do fancy shifts and motions outweigh all of that? I submit to you that they do not. Thus the problem. There is more to running a team and front office than shifts and motions. Shany would be better as an offensive coordinator or a coach with very limited front office say. He's a complete disaster at everything front office related that you need to win. Does he do good shifts and motions? You could make the argument. But does it outweigh the huge negatives that he also brings? I would say no by a long shot.
Just don't think you can ever win with him. He's so bad in the categories you really need to build a winning program. While fooling a lot of fans with the fancy, elaborate shifts and motions. Which are not everything in building a championship football team.
This is a joke list and you know it. Your stats aren't even accurate, least you can do is use google.
How do the 49ers have some of the best rosters in the NFL since Kyle took over if he can't draft, trade or bring in key players in free agency?
Honestly these posts are so ridiculously disingenuous I can't believe you make it with a straight face.
I'm only going to talk on the cap, and what he said is pure bs, wrong, the 49ers under Shanahan & Lynch have never had an issue with the salary cap, not once, they even decided to take on Deebo's dead money in 1yr, not cause they're cap hurt but because they knew they were fine to do it in 1 season.
The only thing he said that was accurate was the injury issue and who knows what the deal is with that. Clearly we have teams who practice a lot harder and don't get as injured and teams who practice a lot less and don't get injured as much.
Ironic that apparently Kyle Shanahan has 9 playoff wins in 9 seasons with the 49ers while not being able to draft, handle free agency and salary cap or trade for anyone good while not being able to win any meaningful games.
Yep, I agree on all of this, and the fact that Kyle got this team to 12 wins without Bosa, Warner, & Mykel is amazing, plus no Aiyuk at all, I just don't understand the hate, yeah we lost the 2 SB's, it sucks, but they are constantly in it, I'd rather be in it with a chance than be a cellar dweller every year, I have faith that they can/will turn the roster around to where it needs to be.
