Neither one has accomplished winning a SB.

But Kyle has got there. Twice.

LeFleur has also rarely been without his starting QB (I think just the 2 starts for Willis last year is it), which we know Kyle has had to navigate often.

Kyle wins 3 superbowls with the packers. Youth, and talent in abundance. You simply can't compare coaches independent of the teams they field. The question is how long will it take for us to get back to real contention? When will we be in the upswing? People who expect Kyle to overcome this roster AND the injuries is like asking an f1 driver to win in Monte Carlo but make him to do it in a Honda civic. It truly doesn't matter who coaches this team.. we ain't contenders. Kyle will get the most out of what he has on the field but folks.. that ain't a lot. We just paid Brock big and he is injured again. Now we have Mac Jones throwing to Bourne… wtf? I was thinking after last weeks ugly win we could build momentum. Those types of wins are huge. Builds confidence and winning becomes contagious… nope. We lose Brock and kittle. One step forward and three steps back. It's absurd.. it's not on Kyle. He can build a winning team it's just going to take another 5 + years to do it. We need to be honest with ourselves..

Lafleur came to a team with Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones, Devante Adams, Jaire Alexander, and a good oline and dline. Green Bay has always had good organizational culture and drafted smart. GB even had a D-Coordinator already in place too. All Lafleur brought was offensive scheme and among all the people in Kyle's coaching tree, Lafleur's scheme has the least innovation and it's really just carbon-copy of Kyle's scheme (unlike say, Mike McDaniel or Sean McVay).

On top of that he was outcoached by Kyle in the playoffs 3 times. Even at home, in the snow, against a California team.

I don't see how anyone can say Lafleur is the better coach.

Kyle's been waiting for this moment for the past few years or so.

Starting the season with back to back wins on the road with a bunch of Injuries. That's Pretty impressive tbh.

If they were handing it off to CMC then some would be complaining they're using him too much. Fans are never happy. If they ever win another SB there will complaints that it took too long or the game was too close.
