Well if it was up to you Kyle would have been fired years ago…

And? My point was that Shanahan couldn't win it all. Nothing has changed. Still just a coach who gets his team competitive who chokes in big moments and can't win it all. We have won nothing with Shanahan.

Your post history suggests you don't understand Kyle's value to the team.

For example: The Broncos game was one of the worst QB performances we've had and all you did was blame Kyle for it.

If you solely blame Kyle for the losses, then you must give him all the credit for the wins… but you don't.

I really hope the 49ers can make it once again to the NFC Championship. That will be three in a row! I hope Hargrave is the missing piece to get past this and bring #6! Kyle has botched these nfc title games by not going for it on 4th and short. Gotta get that kill

Except 52 regular season games, 6 playoff games, 2 NFC West Championships , 1 NFC Championship. Other than that we've won nothing with him, right?
What is the poll for again?

I interpret it as yes, you want KS as 49ers coach. Or you can say no, I don't want to get rid of Kyle. He basically has 100% approval rating.
Ex-coach Mangini stated he felt Shanahan should develop a package for Trey Lance at QB, if Trey isn't the starter. The coach doesn't seem to know that this was already tried when Jimmy was the starter. That package was not a success. Personally, I think a better idea is to bring Trey in on a few plays at non-QB positions. The defense would focus on him. Like Deebo and CMC, Trey could run, catch, or pass. Of course, the downside is the unlikely scenario of both the QB and Trey getting hurt on the same play. But I'd like to see the defense in panic.

I think the only ones panicking at that would be us as 49er fans

To me, it would make sense to consider using Trey packages if we're struggling to score touchdowns in the redzone and realistically probably within the 5-10 yard line. I'd want to see the struggle first though, because with Purdy's processing and ability to buy time I'd think we'll be effective getting TDs rather than FGs going forward.
No no Trey packages anymore. If you're gonna play him play him as a starter or if Brock gets hurt.

Yup.

Unfortunately, many of our fans think losing a super bowl is the worst thing ever and he "can't win the big game" even though he has shown he can win playoff games. Or "he can't develop a QB," even though he went to a NFCC with a rookie Mr. Irrelevant and to the super bowl and a NFCC with Jimmy G. They flamed Jim Harbaugh and drove him away for the exact same things.

Harbaugh was gone cause Jed York hated him.

Yep. Then Jed and CO. fed decades old cliches to the fans (Super Bowl or bust, Winning with class, etc) and some of them ate it up like it was a real explanation or anything that applied to the franchise as it is/was in 2014 instead of the 80s and 90s (where it was still cliche nonsense in reality).

'I talked to my uncle', lol…. Imagine buying into this crap.

I was just talking about this in the Trey thread earlier. I'm not a fan of replacing QBs mid drive or whatever cause if the rhythm (even for the other 10 players on the field) but you can def get some trick plays where he catches, runs, flea flicker etc. it would only help, even if it doesn't really work - it gives the defense sometbing to stress about

I don't want to see them often, but I'd like to put it on tape to make the defense worry about it. All it does it add stress to them - especially if Lance attempts a deep pass, then anytime they see that formation, they'll be stretched out. At least that's the hope

If you want to celebrate disappointment every year, more power to you.
