Well if it was up to you Kyle would have been fired years ago…

And? My point was that Shanahan couldn't win it all. Nothing has changed. Still just a coach who gets his team competitive who chokes in big moments and can't win it all. We have won nothing with Shanahan.

Except 52 regular season games, 6 playoff games, 2 NFC West Championships , 1 NFC Championship. Other than that we've won nothing with him, right?

If you want to celebrate disappointment every year, more power to you.

It's not a failure it's steps to success, listen to Giannis

Its a failure if it happens year in and year out.

The QB situation is the bigger issue than coaching, 100%.

The only issue with Kyle really, is that he might be putting less emphasis on a real QB than other coaches.

But given the same QB, I'd Kyle over the other 31 coaches.

"If you want to celebrate disappointment every year, more power to you." LOL at this. Bro, there are 31 teams every single year that don't win the final game. Disappointment is something that teams like Detroit, the Jets, and a few others that can claim disappointment, not the Niners. This team is in the hunt nearly every year with a legitimate chance to take the crown. Using your logic every coach on every team that didn't win the Superbowl last year should be fired. Quit with the whining and get on board the 'we're in it to win it' train. Be thankful we have a coach that gives us tthe opportunity to be challenging for the championship instead of some of the coaches we had before KS got here.

Lol dude doesnt want us enjoying actually being in the hunt.

Who you hiring? Still waiting on this one?

I dont know if Walsh or Lombardi are available for contracts in 2024, so a reply offering up some alternative choices would be nice.

By this logic 12 months ago you would have said the same thing about Mike Malone in the NBA and Bruce Cassidy in the NHL and both just coached their teams to titles this year.

Don't bother with logic. This guy gets hard being wrong.

There's a few things I'm looking out for that could be different with the offense as Kyle looks to improve the offense over the offseason, having a full offseason to plan for CMC, Brock, and a dynamic TE2 (supposedly). There was a lot of time time spend implementing an 11v11 run game with Lance as starter last offseason. That all went into the garbage can when Lance for injured early in 2022.

If Kyle can get a good thing going with 12 personnel (Kittle and Latu), it will create a new aspect to the offense that Kyle wanted to get going when he signed Jordan Reed. Unfortunately, in that year with Reed, Kittle was often injured (8 games played) and we rarely saw the two of them on the field at the same time. If Latu is as good as his draft slot suggests, then the 49ers will present a lot of problems for defenses as they switch between 12 and 21, combined with CMC/Deebo being used in multiple roles.

The Bucks fired their coach the day after he said this so…

Just another step in their journey, we retained KS. KS was a COY candidate, he had to balance 3 dif starting QBs over the season.

I feel we are past PHI, they lost 7 starters and both coordinators. So we are set up for success. DAL, SEA are also contenders. SEA may be our team to get past, this season. NFC clearly an easier path than the AFC.
i wonder if they're counting hargrave as well.

Yeah, the install will be different this year. Implementing a more dynamic Rb and potentially two more dynamic TEs can add a lot of flexibility to the offense. Make it even harder to cover them.

i like Latu and what he brings. I also like Willis. If we have CMC, Deebo, Kittle, Latu, juice all on the field at the same time… the play designs are endless cause they're all so versatile. I'm really excited to see what Kyle draws up.

Nope. It's Deebo, Kittle, Williams, Bosa, Warner and CMC. So Ward, Graves and Huf not included.

Isn't graves just counted as an eagle but on the list? Interesting huff didn't make it when he was all pro but i kinda get it. Top 50 is hard to crack when you combine all the positions
I know some folks that would love this stuff

he's got all kinds of play calls in his thread
