This is why I mention let coaches coach.. let GMs GM.. no more KS the GM.. except at WR/TE. He played WR and gets the position.. develops those guys nicely.

We can't really use the "All he needs Is a QB" excuse when he's had multiple season's to find himself one.
He basically stuck with what most on here would call a "mediocre" QB In hope that by 2022, Lance would be the one to help take his offense to the next level.
Due to Lance getting Injured, we still won't know what we have at QB heading Into 2023, possibly 2024.
