At least when he was asked about the VP leaving. He had no clue he was there, kinda like he was focusing on the game. I wish I team leaders were not so politically aware.

He hasn't been "bad" or "awful".
He's playing on a defense that is constantly on the field. Mistakes will happen...miscommunication will happen.
Can't expect him to play at his All Pro self in these situations.... but that doesn't mean he has been playing "awful".

Lol do some of you already want Shanahan gone? Unbelievable! He has this team competing week in and week out. This is year 2 of the rebuild. I think next year when we have our QB the Wins will start rolling in

I truly don't want Kyle gone, I like some of the moves, others I've questioned. He doesn't have much to work with, but they better nail this off season and find a QB if cj sucks

Yeah, doesn't make much sense to lay this at Hoyers feet. He had 63% completion, 353 yards and 2 TD's. Especially when a 1st round pick d-limeman has only 4 tackles through 5 games and gives up contain on the edge to out the team in game winning FG range.

I have only two fears this year: going 0-16 and Jed already pulling the trigger and firing Shanahan. I don't care what happens this season otherwise.

This wasn't on Hoyer.... The head coach is struggling right now to command an organization.... he's a booth guy and this isn't a natural fit.... need to get some experience on staff to guide and mentor him.
