Lynch has final say on the 90, then Shanny on the 53.

Edited for 90/53 correction.

I'm giving Hoyer an A for this game, so who is there to blame now?.... another 10 penalties.... another team that looked unprepared until desperate times were at hand.... Cousins isn't going to fix this.... and I still don't understand why the hell you would want Cousins.... as early as the preseason, the problems with this team were noticed, reported about, and never addressed.... the only thing to change are the excuses.... just blame it on Hoyer or the "youth".... as if young players can't be disciplined.
Hoyer an A for this game? C+ at best. I'd rate him a D- outside the 4th quarter.

The fact that it's taken OT on the road for two teams to beat us when they would have blown us out last year shows me that Shanny is bringing a bad team to a higher level than the talent that he has available.

That first win will come soon enough, once both sides of the ball compliment each other in the same game.

This is my point...he's not just the HC he's also the GM....most of the starting talent on Offense he picked.

He's not the GM.

But the offensive talent Lynch picked up for him for LONG TERM purposes showed up today - Kittle, Taylor, Breida.

Hoyer was not picked for the long term. Neither was Garcon (who played great), Goodwin, or the interior OL.
Outside of Jed he has the final say on anything to do with the roster.

Jed has no say on the roster. Lynch has final say over Shanahan, but unlike Baalke his ego won't get in the way with getting the pieces Shanny needs.

Jed signs the checks and you're delusional if you think Lynch has final say over Shannahan.

So much fail in this...

Hoyer gets an A today but you don't think Cousins is good ?
If an owner wants a move it's happening but I don't see Jed is that guy.

Lynch 90, Shanny 53, reality is they work to make joint decisions.

Lynch has final say on draft. See: any of the numerous SI draft articles.
Shanny's fault once again

So Kyle benched Bowman AND Hyde?

I sense trades coming. Kyle's getting rid of players not part of his future.

Bowman

Hyde (hilarious with the reports of them trying to extend him, maybe trying to force a signing?..lol)

He's trying his hardest to piss off all of the veterans in the locker room. Good plan. What could work better for a rookie HC than turning his locker room against him.
Dude is looking like another BUST coach we will be paying for years. Benching arguably our best player, for what?? Then benching bowman?

Is this morale building?? How bout trying to run the zone read concept with a dam fullback. You get near the goal line no Hyde. Run a million play actions with no actual commitment to the run game.

No discipline, too much influence on personnel, ill advised 4th down going for it earlier this year. Team can't tackle or finish games, pushing vets out. Crappy staff put together.

Believe what you want...the Prize this offseason was KS...Lynch is a rookie and subservient and that's why he got the job over an experienced GM. If Lynch wants to sign a RB or WR he needs to clear it with his boss KS before he can make a move.
Wish he would fix the penalty issue with our team.

We had 10 more this game.
