Lynch has final say on the 90, then Shanny on the 53.
Edited for 90/53 correction.

That first win will come soon enough, once both sides of the ball compliment each other in the same game.
This is my point...he's not just the HC he's also the GM....most of the starting talent on Offense he picked.
He's not the GM.
But the offensive talent Lynch picked up for him for LONG TERM purposes showed up today - Kittle, Taylor, Breida.
Hoyer was not picked for the long term. Neither was Garcon (who played great), Goodwin, or the interior OL.
Jed has no say on the roster. Lynch has final say over Shanahan, but unlike Baalke his ego won't get in the way with getting the pieces Shanny needs.

I'm giving Hoyer an A for this game, so who is there to blame now?.... another 10 penalties.... another team that looked unprepared until desperate times were at hand.... Cousins isn't going to fix this.... and I still don't understand why the hell you would want Cousins.... as early as the preseason, the problems with this team were noticed, reported about, and never addressed.... the only thing to change are the excuses.... just blame it on Hoyer or the "youth".... as if young players can't be disciplined.

I sense trades coming. Kyle's getting rid of players not part of his future.
Bowman
Hyde (hilarious with the reports of them trying to extend him, maybe trying to force a signing?..lol)
Aaron Lynch
