Remind you in a way of a former coach ,here, during the 80s and 90s? Surrounded himself with top flite people, was Well respected around the league, carried himself well with the Media,,etc
as for Lynch, I bet he could step into Jeff Hafley's shoes in a dire emergency like if Hafley had back surgery and the surgery had complications.
