I don't recall Foster being accused of beating up a woman. Lynch also emphasized that while character matters, it's not feasible to have a roster full of choir boys

This.

No where close to the same actions.

He does have an 8 year old daughter which means he was a busy boy at age 15

Welcome to the south son

Foster has never touched any one.
so, being a total dick is ok? to me, it is not. if you are talking about a new culture, you should be consistent.

Now you want a team with no "dicks"? I hate to break it to you, but a team of choir boys wouldnt fare very well in the NFL. Foster's attitude is a big reason why they wanted him. Hes mean, he hits hard, and will bring toughness.

Cleveland has been reeling since Trubisky was taken. Kizer had such a disastrous workout with them that they scheduled a 2nd one as a redo. And they still picked him? The desperation is real.
Dear lord, next years draft is gonna be really good. I suspect that Shanny will load up on offense, in a QB talented draft. Bravo Lynch

Yeah right. They have sooo many picks next draft. 2 1st and 3 2nd. You really think if they never liked Kizer they wouldn't just wait until next draft and get the absolute best, cream of the crop guy with all those picks???

Or go all in for Cousins and Garoppolo, and then focus on drafting talent across both sides of the ball.

Yeah as if we'll win 2 games again. we will be picking anywhere from 7-12. Especially with Hoyer/Barkley desperately trying to win meaningless games in garbage time.

I'm expecting 2 wins anyway with how much this scouting department doesn't care about offense.

And that is why, when just after kyle hit town, he and lynch got to it, and first thing out of the gate, they sign Hoyer, who kyle has worked with a yr. Couple days later they sign our backup Qb, Barkley. Lynch effectively took the need for a QB out of play and allowed us to build up our OL and DL, fill in the multiple D holes, got a FB, Center, backup OL, WRs,(and schid canned the rest), but not kerley nor Streator....and began to fill in our TNTC holes (too numerous to count). Now we have 2 picks for the front 7, boht starters, and just now a CB. S next? And peterman in here somewhere. The removing QB and backup right off the bat allowed kyle to forget the QB slot and let john and him concentrate on everyone BUT QB. We didn't land a #1 WR, but we got rid of our WR slugs, and replaced them wtih guys who can get open and catch the ball.

These guys got things under control and have done a bang up job . Getting our QBs first thing was key to being able to do so..

No offense Doc but you used to make rationalizations about Baalke and the braintrust. At the end of the day anyone can rationalize anything.

You can't say they've done a bang-up job. All they've done is make decisions, which is their job. Whether those decisions pan out is entirely different. How hilarious if 3/4 of those QBs selected end up being winners.

Ain't that what the niners are doing trading to get a 2nd next year on a loaded draft and got players that can play ASAP now but you're calling Lynch as trash?

Huh, the Niners never did any of that. The Brown got a stud pass rusher and a possible FQB while still having 2 1sts and 3 2nds next year! Do you see a FQB drafted by us and do you see that many picks in the first 2 rounds for us next year??
