The most concerning thing is that the offensive mastermind Shanahan has no answer for McDonald's D. None.

We scored 26 points in 3 games vs them and a healthy Kittle or Pearsall wouldn't have changed a damn thing.

Of course Bosa and Warner would have helped but they can only do so much when our offense can't move the ball or score.

Oh BS a healthy BA/kittle and Ricky would have absolutely mattered. Man stop trying so hard.

hard to have answers when you're tossing out a bunch of depth players late into the season.

Mattered how much? More than the 17 points we scored in week 1 vs Seattle with a full squad?

Last I checked we didn't have BA week 1 like we were suppose to.

Kittle missed half the game with a hamstring. Moody missed a 27 yard FG and had a 36 yard FG blocked. Multiple drives stalled in the RZ, acting like not having Kittle or BA there wouldn't have helped in those moments is crap and you know it

BA? The guy coming off a shredded knee?

And having Kittle would have made Moody make two kicks?

Relying on Purdy, Kittle, Trent Williams, Bosa and even CMC next year is a recipe for disaster. They can't stay healthy.

The excuses are getting better and better by the day.

Yeah the guy they paid a f**k ton of cash. He was suppose to be part of this team going forward.

Why would Kittle have not mattered when it comes to getting 1st downs vs kicking FGs that our kicker missed/got blocked. They had two punts that whole game.

Jesus man do you think we're just gonna be status quo going into week 1 of 2026?

You're the one tossing around dumb propaganda because you think you're a better GM or some s**t lol.

the facts are they won with a healthy roster. We had a vastly different team at the end of the year and not in a good way. Pretending that's an excuse because you don't like that perspective , doesn't make it not true.

I get not overspending on a weaker FA class, but it better not be another quiet offseason. That's unacceptable

I've started tuning out the media. I don't think they really have a clue what we will and won't do.

We've been hearing all year that we need to get younger and faster but all the media has done is connect us to every 30+ year old vet on the market.

I don't want them to overspend on this underwhelming FA class. Grab some 2nd tier guys, maybe trade for an Addison like WR then hit up the draft.

Have we ever heard these beat writers say they're gonna go wild in FA before? Like you said we can't do nothing, we shouldn't be blowing $100M on Alex Pearce either

In a practical sense, this is a distinction without a difference.

You're right but neither do the fans. We know what the Niners needs are the same as the media does but that doesn't mean we know who they will sign in free agency or who they will draft. All the mock drafts and speculation by the media is just something to write about when nothing is really happening.
