I see the 9ers spending on free agency instead of getting rid of picks. 49ers need to hit on this draft in order to keep them in the hunt. Mason Crosby will eat up the 9ers draft, just can't see it happening. It sucks to say but the Rams could have easily trade for Crosby. I have no faith in him to get us what we need and build for the long run. Here we sit with the hawks playing a Super Bowl in our f**king house. They outmanaged and outbuilt us. So have the rams. 🐏. Change must happen and it starts with the guy responsible for assembling the team and structuring the contracts. Even if he isn't really the one making those decisions. That is no excuse. If it's true it makes the need for a new gm even more compelling. Bang bang niner gang my ass. It's more like a group of banged up old timers and supposed stars that never reach their potential because of mental illness…. BA anyone? Do we have bright spots? Sure we do. can we build around them, get younger, get healthier and truly contend? Not anytime soon and not with this GM. It's sad. Top 3 HC, above average qb, CMC, KIttle, Fred, Bosa and a few others is more than a solid foundation to build on yet we are far from a legit contender. All those stars are canceled out by all the holes on both lines, the defensive backfield and receivers. Why can't we fill the holes? Ohhh that's right! Wasted cap space, piss poor drafting and business management. Who is responsible for that/ who should be responsible for that? Same answer. GM. It's time.

Yah we can say this now. I kept asking about off field issues in the thread. And IIRC something was said only about how he practices. Other than that he was more productive than Mykel Williams in their rookie season.

Back in the 2004 I was pounding the table for Vince Wilfork. They drafted Rashaun Woods. They win some and lose some.

Regardless of what you want Lynch to give up, Raiders won't trade with the 9ers.

The Raiders are not in Oakland anymore, and Brady has a stake in the team now.

I just don't buy this narrative anymore. There was likely some truth to it back in 2018 when the Raiders traded Mack, but if it's still true today than Davis is just flat-out an idiot. We play in opposite conferences and in different states. Absolutely absurd to not even listen to what we have to offer.

We still make trades with the Chiefs FFS.
