The trade deadline is Tuesday 11/4. There are 3 games until then (ATL, @HOU, @NYG). They are all winnable despite the injuries. If the 49ers are 6-3 or 7-2 on Sunday 11/2, should they be buyers despite the Bosa/Warner injuries? I'm really not sure.

I think we need to have an eye on the future as much as the present. I'd try to swing a trade for a DE on a rookie contract who hasn't lived up to it for a reclamation project. Possibly Thibedeaux as the Giants have already replaced him with Burns and Carter.
As for LB, move Winters to Mike and play Martin at Will. Martin gets to audition for the role next to Fred next year.
Kids have got to step up even more than we've asked them to already.
No one is pulling away, 9-8 ought to sneak a wildcard place, we can do that.

So trade away future draft capital for a guy who we let go and has been on IR since the start of the season? There is no way the Niners can fill both needs at DE and ILB without giving up a lot of draft capital.

Yea I'd definitely wait til the very end to make a move to see where we're at. That could also bite us in the butt if other teams make moves before us. Who knows I'll be good either way. I'm completely deflated because of Freds injury

Umm hate to be the one to tell you, but those games are not easy… the worst team is the giants and since the qb switch even they are looking better.. the so called "easy" schedule does not exist.
