Should be an easy extension, make Warner highest paid off ball LB, still young, played with a broken foot I think since early 2024, plus the deal should save both 2025 & 2026 cap room.

Yes, a lot of things he has posted this off season have been correct.

I hope so, if they are able to complete his deal before camp opens that would be awesome.
Glad that Purdy contract is done and the Warner extension is being worked on. I hope Lynch bring in a veteran to compete/fill in our LG position. How about a guy like Risner? What about Scherff who is still sitting out there and is 33. He played all the games for Jacksonville the last 3 years, ok in run blocking but didn't give up any sacks in pass blocking last year. Both shouldn't cost too much short term, maybe a 1-2 year deal and allow the kids to develop.

Everyone has speculated that Fred's extension is next so he's just going off that and if it happens will bump that tweet and tell everyone he's got sources.

My guess is they are happy going forward with what they have right now. Risner supposedly wants $2.5M guaranteed and is willing to wait into the season.
Any chance in hell they can extend Jennings?

Yes, just depends on what he wants, and what the 49ers value him at, may not be till midseason, or after the season, but I can see it happening, hoping it does.

Honestly, as I've seen nearly every Vikings game the past 15 yrs, as my late Dad was a huge Vikings fan, Risner was with them last 2yrs, he's not that good, Vikings fans are happy they moved on from him, he struggled in MIN, it's have to be literally no GTD money for me to sign off on that, if Scherff is healthy, I'd say sign him, let him compete.

Should give him $18m/year

Agreed, I'd go max $20M a yr, I still want to see him do the same this season, so maybe midseason, or close to end, they see him producing, extend him.

Sure.

Depending how this season goes I could see McKivitz, Bartch, Zekelj, Nugent, and/or Burford being high priority too.

I'd love Anderson and Pline to also earn a big new contract :)

That's pretty much my take. There are 6 OL on the roster with expiring deals ... I'd like to finally find out if any of them are part of the future too. Can Nugent/Zakelj take a big step forward? Can Burford? Is McKivitz going to get a similar amount better this year compared to last? Heck, I'd like to see Puni get some practice snaps at OT.
Shout out to the front office and everyone involved - they've done a fantastic job this off season in contracts. All that's left is Warners extension but the rooks signed quick and Brock was done relatively early.
