If they want to play their best football to meet the president after the season as a result of the 49ers winning a SB, fine by me.

You don't always get golden opportunities falling into yiur lap in the NFL, and this a golden opportunity for the Bosa brothers to get a chance to play together. So I wouldn't be surprised if Nick lobbies for the move.

And I do agree there would be some brotherly competition. But I think there would be a far greater level of motivation for them both to want to terrorize the league together and consistently meet at the QB. Lastly, the chance to win a SB together would also provide a lot of motivation for them to be at their best.

The last people I'd expect to be complacent are the Bosa bros. If anything their competition with each other would drive them, IMO.

Joe Bosa's run defense alone would be a vast improvement to Skinny Lenny Floyd

I'd save Joey for pass rusher situations. Maybe look to the draft for an edge that is stout vs the run but lacking pass rush since they tend to slip in the draft (Jordan Burch)

Agreed.

Didn't he just ask for a raise? I think he'd be super expensive.
For how bad the o-line is, they really need to use all resources to shore up that D-Line... its at an all time worst right now that I have witnessed in my life

Why? He's older and actually more expensive than MG for 2025 so if he's the move to make then you might as well get MG

After 5 first round D-linemen drafted in 6 years!

1st Round:

2015 Arik Armstead
2016 Deforest Buckner
2017 Solomon Thomas
2019 Nick Bosa
2020 Javon Kinlaw

2nd round (First draft pick of the 49ers after trading multiple 1st rounders for T. Lance)

Drake Jackson

Truth is, with this much draft capital invested since 2015, our D-line should look like the Eagles D-line!

He'd be worth it though. Not that I think it'll happen.

this is definitely not happening. Neither younger nor cheaper.
