So we're after Poe?

Man now I don't know how to feel... this is exciting but is there a such thing as buying too many pieces?

Would you rather us not spend the remaining 80 mil in salary cap?

I'm hoping we save a decent chunk for next year. It makes sense this season to get a lot of B & C players with the expectation that a few will probably be busts and then when we have only one or two holes (rather than last year's swiss cheese) we can spend the rest on some big time names.

Still not used to this. All these FA signings

Normally I'd agree but we were bereft of depth and talent and we have the money. Even the best drafts only net 3-4 contributors, we need to rebuild in FA as well. The one thing that Baalke left us was $$$.
I'm staying awake John Terrence Lynch Jr! Loving the FA signings

Need to set a culture and a tone on defense. If we get Poe. I would say we are a Big WR, pass rusher, OC, and Cousins away from competing for a playoff spot.

I hope we take a chance on Josh Gordan next if he is reinstated.. with the Hoyer signing i think we draft Watson at #2 and let him play backup for a year.

Gordon is still under contract with Cleveland. I believe Cleveland will actually keep him and let Pryor walk. That's the feeling I get.
In regards to today's bych-slapping of Free-Agency......

Lynch and co gets an A for free agency from me so far. Don't get why some of you are complaining about these signings. I don't remember the last time we were this active. If we land Pryor or Bouye, it's an A+
A lot of people say we aren't close to competing, but realistically if we sign FA properly, draft a couple playmakers and get a qb (cousins or draft Watson/trubisky), then I don't see why we can't make the Wildcard this year at worst.

Assuming we can gameplay well.

Everything is going to take time to gel together.

I'm still predicting 6 wins this year.

Not a contender yet. A Cousins trade, an Alshon Jeffery pick up. Get a piece or two in the draft, seriously the unthinkable could happen. We have the 20th hardest schedule in the NFL next year.

I remember watching Hoyer play for Shanny in CLE thinking I wish we had a QB like him over Kaep. Hoyer is a good QB, enough to get us to the playoffs.

Lol u high?

Yes, high on Hoyer.

Cleveland i believe has already pretty much said they have washed their hands with him and are moving on.
