Well, last year's draft was pretty good. And he originally inherited a roster that would have struggled in the CFL and built it into a team that was a challenger. But yeah, let's sack him.

By the way, as I understand it extensions are largely down to Marathe. Should we sack him as well?

lets go back to 2016 just finishing and some tells you if you hire these two guys, they would revitalize your team to 4NFCCG and 2 SB appearances and be one of the top teams again.. who would really say NO to that

Somewhere between Lynch and Kyle, we could have possibly been a lot better if;

1. Kyle actually knew the playoff/overtime rules.
2. Kyle/Lynch actually evaluated Mahomes/Watson correctly.
3. Kyle/Lynch chose Buckner over Armstead.
4. Kyle evaluated T. Lance correctly.
5. Kyle/Lynch Brought in Brady to replace Jimmy G.
6. Kyle/Lynch Evaluated Solomon Thomas & J. Kinlaw correctly.
7. Kyle actually valued ST (coaching/drafting)
8. Kyle actually valued O/L over guys who score TD's.

We could also be a lot worse if;

1. Lynch/Kyle didn't pull off the trade of the century landing Trent Williams for a third round pick on draft day.
2. Lynch/Kyle didn't pick Purdy with the last pick in the draft.
3. Lynch/Kyle didn't land CMC in a trade with the Panthers for a second and third round pick.
4. Lynch/Kyle didn't hit big on draft picks; Kittle, Deebo, B.A, Greenlaw, Bosa.
