I like what we did this draft. I also like the UDFA's we signed. Overall I would grade it a solid B. The draft doesn't always need to be flashy. There will be a lot of competion along the o line come training camp and pre season. Perhaps even some competition for that rb2 spot.

I'll wait to pass judgement. Not too long ago the zone condemned the pick of Frank Gore because he had 2 ACL surgeries and a 6 on the Wunderlick. The same WZ also thought Taylor Mays was a steal in the 2nd round, but never became a starter. The draft and combine mean nothing at this point. I hoping we have another Kittle and Mitchell in this group.

Exactly. Grading a draft solely based off opinions on where players should be drafted is a waste of time. Let's see if they perform at the level they were drafted before judging.

Based on need only i was hoping for S Nick Cross instead of TDP at that pick.

That is the only complaint i have as an arm chair GM

We got a potential top talent at edge...a smooth burner to take the top off the defense (major need for the Ks offense) and stocked up on OL.

I might love our UDFA OL haul more than our drafted OL.

also, how can you give Mr. Irrelevant a B when it's obvious that he wont make the team.. I mean, if you're going to have the last pick, at least draft a person that would compete for whatever position he's playing..

Don't get another MULLENS, we've had one before and where he at now??

I have no opinion of him as a RB, my low grade reflects the positional value and our experience getting quality RBs much later (and our experience whiffing on earlier RB picks).

Naw. You can grade a draft now based on where you had guy ranked and what kind of value teams got. Then you can re visit and regrade the picks down the road.
