I don't think Paraag runs the show but he is Jeds right hand guy. He'll be there before and after Kyle. But it's Kyle's team. He says what he wants and Paraag needs to make it work under the cap. Paraag is a bright dude, we are lucky to have him.

This is how it is from my understanding, I have talked to someone either in or near the organization, John & Kyle ask if this or that can be done, Paraag & the cap department tell them yes or no, that's how it is, 100% fully believe what I was told, Paraag doesn't run anything, but, he does do the contracts, structure, idk if he's there negotiating, likely, but also I imagine Kyle & John are, maybe Jed if needed, plus player & agent.

Calm down boss. I am talking about within this regime in regard to players. Of course the guy has other roles and responsibilities within the and he should he's done a good job. Most of those responsibilities you listed are exactly what I said crunching numbers. John had spoken in interviews on several occasions about how great paraag and his team are with numbers and analytics and is a very valuable role within the organization and he is very good at doing it.
