Lynch's support staff is very impressive. I especially love the fact thay he is embracing the past 49er players and even called John McVay for advice. 49ers will take years to become relevant but we're headed in the right direction.

This. John is already building a culture and tapping into it. Kyle, literally, IS a part of our culture as are John's ties to the GOAT in Bill Walsh. Both know what Championship teams look like and know the goal is to get this team to the point where they can self-manage. We're the 2nd youngest team in the NFL so now everyone gets to grow together....young team + first time HC & GM. If they build this right, this could be a good team (from the ball boy to the FO) for a long long time.

No question. I can not WAIT to see this offense...Kyle is going to scheme the s**t out of what we currently have (and adjust accordingly) and for the first time in ages, I feel players will FINALLY be utilized properly...from McDonald to Hyde to Smith to Kerley to whoever else we add.

First things first though...QB.

I really hope he likes a rookie. I completely trust KS and if he likes a rookie then it's on! If not though, again I trust KSJL to make the right choices for the team. There may be a lot of options next off depending what happens this off...

Did anyone see Lynch call out ex Niners in the door during the press conference??

How could he have recognized all those guys without name tags? Keena Turner, Eric Wright, Jesse Sapolu are guys only hardcore Niner fans would know....

Maybe he got to talk to them earlier but still.

Impressed.........I can't believe how cool this guy is as a leader. He's a million times better than Baalke.

He's ready to tackle double chin!

Jed's bottom chin is bigger than his top chin. Maybe hes studying under Ray Ratto. He definitely has a picture of George Lucas up in his office.

Wonder if we see a draft day trade with Denver this year. Maybe even initiated. Y Denver. The then lynch goes with it as a solid for all the help he got from John
I wonder if we can make any trade with the Rams whore going 3-4 if we switch to a 4-3.

Throw in Brooks and Ray-Ray If we switch to a 4-3. Put Tartt on the weak side and have him gain a few more lbs. Sign Hightower to play the SAM. Sign JPP or Peppers, trade down for a pass rusher and boom!
