When did the league catch up to the offense?

Seriously? When the other team knew our plays better than our own guys i'd say the league caught up to us.

The man was brought in to improve the offense and be a QB whisperer and the offense and QB got worse with time.

I don't want to take over this thread with this stuff I just find the idea that Harbaugh was irreplaceable to be a fairy tale.

Mostly Baalke's fault for not reloading the roster, but Baalke didn't have anything to do with the constant delay of games, the terrible clock management, the inability to adapt when his Bo Schembeckler "offense" got figured out. Jim is where he belongs, in the minor leagues where his rah rah b******t might have some longevity.

And if he wants to come back the the Major Leagues he will probably be the highest paid coach in the NFL

This
Harbaugh would be more in demand than anyone we have hired since he was pushed out.
idk maybe, but he has a lot of huge red flags

That would be a huge mistake for him. Like I said, he's exactly where he belongs right where he is.

Like you said? Lol.. You are far from an expert on the topic where someone should just take your word for it.

Hqarbaugh has been absolutely irreplaceable.
The offense got worse with the 49ers front office draft and FA philosophy, they let the line and WR corps go to hell and did nothing to stop the bleeding.
The 49ers scored more points each year that Harbaugh was here.

Hasn't been replaced yet. This will be the 3rd try. Only way we know if they replaced him is by a coach taking this team to the Superbowl, whenever it may be.

Nah, negro just trying to move merchandise. I think he'd be better off having his own brand of Asprin.
HOUSTON — Gary Kubiak doesn't do idle.

The 23-year NFL coaching veteran has been retired for all of a month and for most of that time has been back in Houston, his hometown and the host of Super Bowl LI.

The place is familiar — although spruced up for the week-long festival — and will always be so.

His routine, not so much.

"I want to work," he told The Denver Post on Wednesday. "I still get up every day at 4:30 and I want something to do. Lately I've been getting on my tractor and messing around the farm."

"My next stop is not going to be coaching, and I'm kind of excited about that because there are a lot of things about the game that I've always loved. I love evaluating, I love the draft, I love evaluating players and doing those types of things. I had some really interesting conversations with some colleges. So we'll see."

Pick up the phone and give him a call John. A guy with that much experience, a former NFL QB and long time OC and HC, looking to branch out into personnel work, could be interesting.

Get it done. He'd be great in a quality control type of role.

I think you missed the whole part where he wants to do something other than coaching.

Context. Spurrier was never a good NFL coach

Harbaugh wont have Willis, Bowman & the Smith Bros when he comes back to the NFL. He did some great things here but it was all contingent on having a top D.

Ok.... that is like taking the best players off the playoff teams and Superbowl teams the last couple of years and saying the coaches suck. Lol.

Harbaugh has had good teams at every stop he has made.
Try again
