Aww man, Lynch is already a puppet for Jed:

I was afraid of this, first time GM turned "Yes Man", towing the company line and stroking Paraag already.

His perception of trustworthiness is already in question?.... Not a good way to start your career.

I swear, if some just random person read Ninertalk they'd swear Paraag is some sort of super villain with powers n stuff.

He is look at the love spell he has on some of these posters they can't keep there minds off of him!! ha ha

Paraag is a contributor to the York's constant losing and running the franchise into the ground. How could you see him as a "Great Asset" to this organization?

The salary cap space we have right now isn't a good thing unless you use it correctly.

We have had all kinds of salary caps space and high draft picks for the majority of the time that the York's have owned the team and we only got three good years to show for it.

And those three years were all due to Jim Harbaugh!

b******t, Harbaugh inherited a loaded roster and once the core got older and injured, he couldn't hold it together. Mostly Baalke's fault for not reloading the roster, but Baalke didn't have anything to do with the constant delay of games, the terrible clock management, the inability to adapt when his Bo Schembeckler "offense" got figured out. Jim is where he belongs, in the minor leagues where his rah rah b******t might have some longevity.

And if he wants to come back the the Major Leagues he will probably be the highest paid coach in the NFL

Let's not forget that Harbaugh hasn't exactly shown himself to be a great talent evaluator.

Kaepernick proved to be a bust and he was the QB he picked in the draft, "developed" and started over Alex...I wonder how many people down on Kap still praise Harbaugh?

His own Stanford players couldn't stand him if they weren't in his clique. Sherman and Baldwin certainly are far from fans and they're two of the best players on our division rival who we could've easily drafted ourselves with inside knowledge.

He did bring in Jonathan Martin though...that was good.

No question he did some good things but people love to forget how loaded the roster was when he got here and how poor of a job he did to adjust once people left via fa or other reasons.

Let's also not forget that he was the most successful coach here in the last 20 plus years. What was his record? The bad year was a .500 record and the other 3 all included at least a NFC Championship game

This
Harbaugh would be more in demand than anyone we have hired since he was pushed out.

I'm well aware of the record and what he did. Are you thinking if we kept him around he would've gotten us a lot more wins the last two years?

We were heading for a disastrous collapse even if he stuck around and the last season showed that to anyone paying attention. He refused to change things up on offense and everyone caught up to what we were doing. We didn't have the players to do what worked before and Harbaugh just kept saying everything was fine.

He definitely helped bring an edge to the team and it needed it but it wore off and there wasn't much else going on. It's why he's perfect for college. Those kids live off that rah rah chit and then by the time it grows old they're ready to get a job or go pro.

With Harbaugh the 49ers would have won more and probably would have drafted better. Once the dissenter was shown the door things got much worse all around.
When did the league catch up to the offense?
