Too bad Papa Cohen retired.. would've loved to see how Lynch handles him..and vise versa during the season.

One thing that is an instant upgrade over Baalke is Lynch is a much more personable guy and you need that if you're going to be talking to the media and dealing with players. Baalke is a scout, his personality is that of a scout, his people skills flat out stink and listening to him talk to the media or fans would make you wonder how he got a management position.

Lynch will kill him in that regard. Also more likeable. I was always a fan of Lynch as a player, I'm disappointed that the team did not get some of the other more qualified guys but will give Lynch a chance.

I am worried about a first time GM with a first time coach. Could be great or an absolute failure and we know how this organization deals with adversity.

I have a really good feeling that defensive free agents are going to want to play for this man. On offense, who wouldn't want to play for Shanny after the season they just had

I hope Lynch gets in the Hall of Fame and Shanahan wins next week. How's that for street cred for the two new guys?

Bigtime cred!!! Defensive free agents would now love to come play for us and free agents on offense would love to play for Kyle. Things are seriously looking up even if they don't do the best job they will at least attract great or even good players in free agency.

Kyle winning will attract more FAs and assistant coaches to come here. I hope the Falcons find a way to blow out the pats, and out-scheme them.
