Who needs Derwin james when we have Tartt, Amirite?

Lets cut a scrub like Brown, creating a hole, and replace him with a first round rookie pick.

Lets sign a FB, and a Third down back to wayyyy inflated contracts.

shall i go on?

Not happy with the direction of this FO right now.

Our starting QB was handed to them with 0 effort on their part.

Yea I agree, so many boneheaded moves, let's extent armsdead and ward and not try to sign norwell. Looks like Solomon Thomas is struggling now too

Matt Breida- NFL's leading rusher

They signed Richard Sherman who looks like Richard Sherman

There was effort on their part to get JG. If Trent Baalke was the GM, we don't get JG, no matter how much we would've offered.

Signed Weston Richberg

George Kittle, even with those awful drops is far better than Vance McDonald and will likely eclipse McDonald's CAREER production this year.

Trent Taylor was an upgrade over Jeremy Kerley who's been cut twice since we released him.

They brought in Marquise Goodwin over Torrey Smith.

Fred Warner is near the top in the league in tackles.

Foster looks to be an All-Pro.

Signed Robbie Gould who has been gold.

Actually got a draft pick for Eli Harold.

And all and all, our games, even during the 9-game losing streak are better to watch. Far less three and outs. We move the ball much more consistently.

You can't just pick and choose which personnel moves you want to highlight.

With that said, I hate that Ward is still on the team. I wanted another guard in free agency or the draft. Passing on Carl Lawson in 2017 was a HUGE mistake. Joe Williams- enough said. Didn't make a stronger effort to sign Eric Reid (I'm not sold on Tartt). There are some hits and there are some misses. But let's not spin this like this is the 49ers post-Harbaugh or post-Mariucci. You state that you aren't happy with the direction of the front office, well I I have a simple question. As the FO goes, so goes the team. Are you unhappy with the direction of the team? Do you think we are better, worse, or the same as before?

Two years of drafting and free agency and it seems the Baalke holdover, Buckner, is still the best player, by far, on the team.

I disagree, I think Jimmy is the best player on the team. Yeah he's going though some growing pains and nearly threw a pick 6, but he's flashed some franchise level QB talent. If we have that, the championship window is open every year.

Read a few posts up, foster appears to be an all pro. Even tho hes suspended and injured 3 times per game

Foster is a hell of a player and if he had is head on straight and wasn't injury prone would be arguably the best. But sadly that is not the case.

I would have said the same a few weeks ago but i think buck has cemented that spot for now. Its early in the season though so things should improve.

Plus drafting his ex-stanford Classmate/Stud Solomon #3 overall!

Lynch has been up and down, but it's only been 2 years. He will learn the GM job and get better.

But let's not crown him just yet.
It was pretty clear that the Juice and Malcolm Smith contracts were crappy but why did they give K Williams an extension? Dude has been getting fried all season. Add that in with AA and Ward and we are really wasting money. Regardless of how much cap room we have the money should be spent wisely on better talent then this. None of these players make any difference on the field. I like the Jimmy move. Hopefully the o line will get better. Not totally down on that unit. Foster great and bad. If he stays healthy and out of trouble then home run. Sherm looks to be a home run, and i like Warner. Right now the biggest blemish is Hologram Thomas .But don't worry b/c I've been told he's good against the run

Kittle is legit
after yesterday did Sherman not say hey we need a pass rusher ..and what about hall bring him up .it is unacceptable ,what I don't like about lynchbaalke is he content to be ok with mediocrity..we need defense to

it's just money, we still have cap space which should be all we care about as fans.

idc what they pay a player, just have to recognize when a player like Williams sucks and get him off the field. What happened to all of those young DB's that we drafted? One of them HAS to be better then Williams!

No one is crowning him (at least they shouldn't be) I feel like everyone has amnesia from where this team was when they came in after the 2016 season.

I'm old enough to remember when are starters were guys like Nick Bellor, Hodges, beadles, tiller, Torrey Smith was our #1, Rashaad Robinson was our CB 1, and the Blaine train was our starting QB

Overall they've upgraded.

As far as Thomas goes if they truly drafted him to be an edge rusher than it was a horrible draft pick. If the goal is to get him and Buck rushing from the interior then it makes sense. AA imo is crap and shouldn't be getting the same amount of snaps as buck. Total waste of what Thomas was actually very good at in college (and what he showed promise in during this off season).

Torrey Smith has two super bowl rings, one against us when he played for the Ravens and one last year with the Eagles.

Obviously he's a contributor if you know how to use him.
Ok but when had that crappy roster we have only had minor improvement.i give credit for foster and warner and kitties .breida...they are good possible great player but who is a game changer
Josh Gordon a Niner yet?!
