It is about as exciting as anywhere else around that area on game day with no bars or nice restaurants to hang out in.
i'm sure Hunters Point was a blast near the Stick

but there will be plenty of bars and restaurants than the Bourbon Pub in a few years

No, it was not very good either.
In a few years, what is the holdup? All that seems to go up over there are fast food chains.

take what easy?

what does a prediction have to do with anything in this conversation?
If its any consolation, I'm looking to go to the Bears-49ers game and most tickets are well over $100 below face value for that dumpster fire of a game.

I honestly dont think that project gets built anymore. There is absolutely no draw to that area and logistically its a nightmare

Santana Row is most definitely a mall but it does have some nice food offerings, this looks more like the Rivermark type mall than a Santa Row type mall.

I used to sneak up there to golf on friday afternoons and I have attended training classes in the area, the traffic is a mess.
