It would be nice if the niners put that fear into teams again. That was a really good feeling

If you can't look forward to stuff like this, hard to understand how you've been a fan for any length of time. There are a lot of question marks going into this season, at almost every position, but there is plenty to be excited about. So I for one can't wait for Aug. 14th.
it is the greatest thing in the world to be a niner fan and this is going to be so much fun in my opinion. with the good draft and good job done in camp by all including the coaches. we are already a better football team on june 13th than we were on jan 13th and we will be better sept 13th than what we are now

it starts at the top. it starts at the head of the rattlesnake.. you have a coach who coaches scared then you got players who play scared and that. to me. is one of the biggest differences between last year and today

The $48 million in cap space has me so excited, and I just can't hide it.

not over spending it on people who were not worth it excites me. the way we are putting emphasis on young people mixed with the good vets we still have on this team excites me. not giving a bunch of money to someone who will become fat and lazy excites me. not spending money just because you can and being smart with your financial house excites me.
Our great owner and GM.

LOL, really?
It's not last season.
I am excited about seeing Chip's offense and hopefully will see a QB thrive in it this year.
I am excited to see if Hyde is the back we saw in game one (and five to a lesser extent) last year or the guy we saw after that.
I am excited about Buckner and Armstead.

This...just did a review on Kelly's offense and fans should get pretty damn excited. It all starts with the interior OL, particularly the G's. Kelly's offense goes as they go but if they do their job, we're looking at a large number of career years for players.

Defense? As we know, like with the offense, it all starts on the line. If this DL can grow/develop and do their job and the rest of the defense plays as well away as it does at home, things could get pretty interesting even with a tough SOS (iron sharpens iron, right?).

Just need to trim that middle-red lining a tad...like, 3 more inches.
