So much this. The writer lost all credibility right there.

This ... But I would say currently we are, we have no offensive line, little pass rush and no passing game. Our special teams was not that great and all our RB's got murdelized.

I'd say worse teams or comparable teams are (assuming relatively healthy rosters before fa and the draft)
Det
Chi
Atl
New Orleans
Tb
Phi
NYG
Tenn
Jax
Clev
Miami
Sd
Balt
So safely I would say SF is in the bottom 12 but Hyde alone puts us above most if not all the above teams

This. Plus I'm not exactly sure how he justifies saying Kelly wasn't the team's "first choice...or second or third." Who was the first? Hue? He reportedly wasn't even extended an offer. Maiocco intimated that it would be Kelly in an interview during the lead up to the hire (believe it was on the game), pointing out that the niners were seemingly content with keeping Tomsula...until Kelly was fired

Roster wise I'd have to say we have the biggest question marks. Actually our whole organization is a question mark right now

Well reports say Baalke is going to tender Devey. Does that make you all feel better? I think most people agree we need to bolster our OL in FA and draft defense. If the report is true I don't see it getting better.

Nope. Technically Tennessee and Cleveland are the worst.
Remember when Cleveland kicked our ass. That was a bummer.
mangini should have been fired that night. we got our problems. but we are not the worst. plenty of reason to be optimistic moving foward. after free agency and the draft, i will feel there will be even more optimism

Funny. I thought the Sporting News was out of business?
